Leigh Irons

As Ironwood’s Office Manager, Leigh helps keep everything organized. Her day usually consists of customer service, payroll, HR, and ensuring office operations and procedures are organized. While she doesn’t have a background in the financial services industry, she’s excited to be part of a company that is growing so fast and enjoys learning new things every day. She’s always striving to do her best work and is excited about furthering her career at Ironwood.

Outside of the office, Leigh loves hanging out with her friends, family, and dog. She’s originally from the midwest, lived in Flagstaff during college, and now enjoys exploring the Phoenix area. In her spare time, she can often be caught reading, painting, and trying new restaurants.
